Chris brings over 18 years of experience in various settings across the mental health, substance use recovery, and supportive housing sectors. He has spent the better part of the past decade in progressive leadership roles including that of Executive Director for two distinct nonprofit organizations in Victoria, BC, where he led strategic planning and operations while guiding these organizations through significant growth and post-pandemic recovery.
Chris’s approach to leadership is relationally informed, person centered and values-based, supporting community engagement and team collaboration as a way of building organizational culture and strong partnerships to serve the Homewood Health mission and vision – improving people’s lives.
As Vice President and General Manager, Chris administrates and coordinates all aspects of the Homewood Ravensview facility focusing on quality improvement and overall client experience.
